The kit of parts allows for flexibility to make each venue unique. The brand being many things to many people means the concept must build in different experiences to deliver a consistent vision across the portfolio, yet offer a truly unique, local, branded experience in every location.

IDEAL LICENSING PARTNER:

We want long term partners and authentic commercial relationships that are transparent, profitable and fun.

We tend to prefer partners who have experience in food and beverage or hospitality as this leads to fewer surprises. They will be passionate about our brand and our food and will be obsessive about bringing it all together. They will work with us to create an immersive and memorable setting that brings our brand to life and leaves our customers yearning for an encore.

We will require a minimum of $1MM USD in cash or liquid assets, plus substantial net worth and access to additional financing. Experience in real estate, operations, financing and supply chain are all important.

We will do substantial due diligence on potential partners to understand their commercial capability, their return expectations and the overall capital structure. This will require a business plan. Our team has deep experience in all facets of opening and operating a restaurant.

We understand that there may be some areas in which a great partner may need a hand from time to time. We can work with you to share this expertise.
